what’s your cancellation policy for clinics?

We do not offer refunds for skills clinics unless the event is cancelled due to weather. Because we’re a small volunteer-run team, we’re unable to offer make-up dates. If a clinic is cancelled due to rain, we’ll issue a refund. Otherwise, all clinic registrations are final.

what’s your cancellation policy for dirt church?

There are no cancellation policies for Dirt Church. If for some reason your plans change, you can transfer your ticket to someone else for $20. You can transfer your ticket up to 2 weeks ahead of the event. Dirt Church will be a rain or shine event.
